My Garage Kitchen began as a simple dream in 2017, when Emmanuel “Manny” started cooking for friends and family out of his own garage. What began as casual gatherings quickly grew into a community favorite—people loved not only the flavors of his food, but also the passion and heart behind every dish. From the very beginning, Manny’s goal was clear: to one day open his own restaurant and share that dream with the world.

In 2019, after months of hard work and the support of the community, Manny proudly opened the first official location of My Garage Kitchen. The small space quickly became a local hotspot, filled with loyal customers and new faces every day.

Then came 2020. Like many small businesses, My Garage Kitchen faced incredible challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. Restrictions made it extremely difficult to stay open, and although the first location fought hard to survive, it ultimately had to close its doors after the pandemic.

But Manny never lost hope. With determination, resilience, and the support of an incredible team, My Garage Kitchen came back stronger than ever—this time with a bigger, upgraded location designed to welcome even more of the community.

In 2023, the team grew even stronger when Marcos and Jon officially joined Manny. Together, they brought new energy, ideas, and commitment to the dream, helping My Garage Kitchen continue its journey of growth and success.
Today, My Garage Kitchen stands as a symbol of perseverance, community, and passion. What started in a garage has grown into something bigger and better—an upgraded version of Manny’s dream, where every guest becomes part of the family.
