Meet Our Team

My Garage started as a dream in Manny's garage. Manny started out cooking for friends and family in his garage to rave reviews with the purpose of one day being able to open his own restaurant and thus fulfill one of his biggest dreams. While he was cooking in his garage, he became known by the community, so much so that in a couple of months his dream would be possible. After a few months, he opened his first location and likewise fulfilled a dream in 2019. Unfortunately, while everything seemed to be going very well and was beginning to succeed, Covid arrived and all the restrictions that were placed made it very difficult to stay open during the pandemic. Manny and his team never got discouraged and decided to fight for this dream. Thanks to Manny and the team that never gave up, today we can say that the dream has become even bigger with a upgraded version.
